Bug fix/Balance notes

1.01 -Date Redacted-

  • Buffed Warm Up to increase Agi by 50% instead of 25%
  • Increased Void Rain's magic damage.
  • Buff "heroes" and bosses slightly. Enemy buffs are still in inspection.
  • Fixed an issue where mum keep stealing potions from dad. Stop stealing dad's potion indefinitely, mum!
  • Fixed an issue player was allowed to walk on roof on first map.

1.02 30/9/2020

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue Freezing Arrow requiring 10 TP.
  • Fixed image issue in Mine of Knowledge B1, minecart mini-game
  • Fixed an issue where certain skills are "certain hit", making protect useless
  • Fixed an issue where player's skills are "certain hit", now hit rates are useful and skills may miss! (Except magic, enemies literally have 0% magic evasion)
  • Fixed an issue when player picks tanker/support DPS, no skill available until lv6. Now you should get your skills at lv5.

Enemy

  • Buffed Enemy version Eye poking damage.
  • First Buff wave enemies incoming! (Except 1st dungeon)
  • Certain enemies now have a more appropriate skill according to their type instead of 'default attack'
  • Mage enemies are now more likely to cast spells instead of 'Attack'
  • Bosses have been buffed! Let's see what you got, Hunters!
  • 1st final boss Critical evasion reduced from 50% ->30%  to compensate for their damage and hp increase.
  • Final Boss Critical Evasion reduced from 60%->50% to compensate for their damage and hp increase.
  • 'Party Heroes' have been buffed as well! Reid finally got enough cash to buy some equipments for his party members.
  • 1st final boss and 2nd final boss now have their own traits/stats instead of similar stats.

Player

  • Buffed Warm Up duration from 3-> 4 Actions
  • Buffed 'Strangle' damage 
  • Increased mana cost for Preparation 90->100
  • Slightly increased damage for Void Rain and Arrow Rain.(Physical Damage)
  • Banish has been rework to "Temporary banish an enemy for 2 Turns. Banished enemy cannot move, nor receive any damage except void damage."
  • Void Mage/Bounty Hunter skill mana cost increased.
  • Freezing trap now have their own status instead of similar to Banish.
  • Freezing trap is now "Temporary freeze an enemy for 2 Turns. Frozen enemy cannot move, nor receive damage except ice damage."
  • Increased Void Mage/Bounty Hunter and Head Hunter/Mercenary skill cast speed.
  • Protect is now useful again.
  • Apparently adding 1(yes, 1) magic defense into the formula makes you deal almost zero damage to the final boss(he has high mdf).  Removed Magic defense calculation in Rampage and Total Mayhem, instead, increase how Def affects it instead. TL:DR Slight buff to Rampage and Total Mayhem.
  • Fixed an issue Bounty Hunter's Revive skill missing. 

1.03 2/10/2020

  • Fixed an issue where Void Mage/Bounty Hunter's hat armor was wrongly classified as body armor.
  • Fixed an engine built-in issue(shield issue) where dual wield  would disallowed Hunters to wear hats.
  • Fixed an issue boat would not reset in 2nd dungeon, resulting players stuck in it forever.
  • Added two new accessories! Ring of Regeneration(5%hp regen) and Ring of Mana(5% mp regen).
  • Item shop now also sells Pink Potion (Originally only sold in 3rd dungeon)
  • Added new dialogue(just one) in 1st dungeon to differentiate hunters and heroes.
  • Changed last dungeon time period from 6->4 min (let's be honest, you ran thru the dungeon within barely 1 min)

1.04 3/10/2020 Another patch 1 hour before the jam ends?! What is this mad pudding doing?!!

  • Final dungeon now disabled dashing.
  • Fixed a graphical error in 2nd dungeon's minicart puzzle
  • Buffed 1st Final boss a tiny little bit (Dude needed some help from 1 turn end) 
  • Preparation moved from lv13 ->14 . We all saw that coming! Don't say you didnt.... Prepare for it.
  • Fixed an issue revive did not revive intended amount of health.
  • Revive now revives with 50%. 40% ->50%
  • Another slight buff to Total Mayhem (At this rate, we're going Starcraft II balance patch notes)
